European Vocational Training Consortium (EVTC)
The main task of EVTC is to govern, analyze and evaluate the overall project activities described in the operational phases. EVTC will consolidate the programme with the end users, thus providing target groups with training opportunities at the EU scale.
National Vocational Unit (NVU)
NVUs are national management structures responsible for: Development of NOVAe-MED national entity; Local administrative ruling of the project; Local management of project specific activities; Organization of project valorisation actions; Organization of national project canvassing team.
Project Governing Committee (PGC)
The function of PGC is to govern overall project activities - Arrangement of project timetable / operational phases; Distribution of the specific tasks among the partners; Survey and definition of programme entrants; Review of the existing results, relevant to the project objectives; Introduction of new concepts for vocational training in reparative medicine; Preparation of interim and final project reports; Creation of canvassing network.
Project Advising Council (PAC)
PAC is created to support the project activities through establishment of links with the network of canvassing project partners. PAC includes representatives/ experts from Scientific and Therapeutic Health Care Institutions, Ministries (Education, Healthcare), Academy of Sciences, and public/private clinics.
Project Assessment Board (PAB)
PAB is responsible for: Organization of project evaluation, development of criteria and tools for work transparency, and quality indicators; Assessment of project programme – internal / external assessment units; Planning and performance of project testing phase; Formulation of appropriate measures and tools for evaluation and assessment of the project.
Project Valorisation Desk (PVD)
PVD is a specific valorisation management structure. PVD functions are: Establishment of contacts for arrangement of programme recognition, valorisation and post-project life; Development of project dissemination strategy and detailed dissemination measures for popularization of project philosophy and outcomes at the level of target groups, sectors and geographic regions.
